When meeting with a potential seller, I measure and complete a market analysis based on three comparables in their area to assist the client in setting a reasonable asking price for their real estate. I maintain a contract with The Daily Comet, the main newspaper of Lafourche Parish, and run advertisements with my listings and accompanying pictures on Fridays, and line ads throughout the week. I also advertise in other newspapers on occasion. I will post a professional “For Sale” real estate sign on the property with a sign rider that my cell number so that I can be reached by a potential buyer at all times.
